Hello stamping friends.  My share today comes to you from the annual catalog.  I love the stamp set To A Wild Rose and decided to dig it out today.  I don't use Cinnamon Cider often and thought I should create with it as well.  I have paired it with Seaside Spray, Misty Moonlight and Night of Navy.  I must say I am very pleased with how it turned out.  Below I have listed the measurements and instructions for you.

Poinsettia Petals

Howdy stamping friends.  My share for you today is made with the Poinsettia Petals bundle.  This bundle is amazing and saves you 10% when you purchase the dies and stamp set together.  The poinsettia and leaves were made just from the dies, but the greeting and sentiment are from the coordinating stamp set.  I used the Brightly Gleaming designer paper with my card and think that the Pretty Peacock pairs nicely with this bundle.

Prized Peony meets Beautiful Autumn

Howdy stamping friends.  I have a new card for you today showcasing the Prized Peony and Beautiful Autumn stamp sets.  I sponged a piece of shimmery white paper with Pretty Peacock, Shaded Spruce and Soft Seafoam.  After I blended the colors together I wiped it off with a paper towel  I then stamped the peonies and leaves in versamark ink and embossed with white embossing powder.  The Soft Seafoam layer is the new velveteen paper, embossed with the Ornate Floral folder.  See below for all the measurements, instructions and shopping list.

Measurements:
Thick Whisper White: 4¼ x 11 scored at 5½ for card base
Pretty Peacock: 4 x 5¼
Soft Seafoam Velveteen: 3¾ x 5, embossed with Ornate Floral
Shimmery White: 1¾ x 5
Ribbon: 4½ and 8"

Instructions:

  1. Using the smallest label from Hippo & Friends dies, cut from center of Pretty Peacock layer.
  2. Adhere embossed velveteen layer to Pretty Peacock layer.
  3. With Stampin' Sponges, sponge Pretty Peacock, Shaded Spruce and Soft Seafoam onto the Shimmery White layer.  Wipe with a paper towel.  If you have an embossing buddy you can wipe it over this layer as well.
  4. With VersaMark ink randomly stamp the middle sized peony and one of the leaves all over your sponged layer.  Heat emboss with white powder.  Let cool and adhere to velveteen layer.
  5. Wrap the 4½ piece of ribbon around all of the layers and adhere to back with glue dots.  Adhere these layers to card base.
  6. Tie a bow with the 8" piece of ribbon and adhere to card front with glue dots.
  7. Randomly stamp the little outline leaf image from Beautiful Autumn onto the Pretty Peacock label in Pretty Peacock ink.  Make sure ink is dry (you can wipe the embossing buddy over it if you have one).  Stamp greeting in VersaMark ink in the center of the label and heat emboss with white powder.  Adhere to card front with mini Stampin' Dimensionals.
  8. For the inside stamp the smallest peony in Shaded Spruce, the sentiment in Pretty Peacock and the little square images in Soft Seafoam.

Sneak Peak - Snow Wonder

Hello my stamping friends.  Thanks for stopping by my blog today.  I am sharing items from the new August - December 2020 Mini Catalog from Stampin' UP!  I know it's only July, but I couldn't wait to play with the Snow Wonder stamp set.  I love snowmen and this particular one is fabulous.  You can purchase the bundle and save 10% and the dies cut this beautiful snowman out.  The greeting on the front and the sentiment on the inside come from Itty Bitty Christmas and the snowflakes on the inside come from Snowflake Wishes.  I chose one of the patterns of paper from the Snowflake Splendor pack and accented my card with the Snowflake Splendor ribbon and the Snowflake Adhesive-backed Embellishments.  The card measurements and supplies used are listed below.

Measurements:
Thick Whisper White: 4¼ x 11 scored at 5½ for the card base
Pool Party: 3-7/8 x 5¼
Snowflake Splendor patterned paper: 3-13/16 x 5-1/8
Whisper White: 3¼ x 3 and a strip that is ½ x 2-7/8

Instructions:
  1. Cut the patterned paper with largest stitched rectangle with the 5th largest cut from the middle to make the frame.
  2. Stamp the trees onto the Pool Party layer with Pool Party ink, stamped off.  I also masked the trees closest to the bottom to stamp the trees in the middle of the frame.
  3. Adhere the frame to the Pool Party layer.  Wrap some of the Snowflake Splendor around this layer and then adhere onto the card base.
  4. Stamp the snowman in Basic Gray ink, stamped off, then color him with Stampin' Blends.  I used Pool Party combo, Mossy Meadow light, Cherry Cobbler dark, Basic Black light and Pumpkin Pie dark.  Cut out with coordinating die.  Add to card front with Stampin' Dimensionals.
  5. Tie a bow with the Snowflake Splendor ribbon and adhere to card front with glue dots.
  6. Stamp the greeting onto the Whisper White strip with Pool Party ink.  Punch the right end with the Banners Pick A Punch and adhere to card front with mini Stampin' Dimensionals.
  7. Add some snowflake embellishments randomly.
  8. Stamp the sentiment on the inside with Pool Party and the snowflakes with Pool Party also, but stamped off first.
  9. Add some snowflakes to your envelope with Pool Party ink.

Blossoms in Bloom Sympathy

Hello, welcome to my blog.  My share for you today is a card I always dread making.  My daughter needed a sympathy card for her friend.  I used the new Blossoms in Bloom bundle available June 3, 2020.  I stamped the flowers in Highland Heather and the leaves in Pool Party.  I traced where the leaves would be from my outline die cut and then used the leaf images to to color the leaves in.  I also did this with two small flowers that are not part of the big floral image, but the die cuts them out.  My outline image was cut from Blackberry Bliss.  The greeting and inside sentiment come from Woven Heirlooms.  The front greeting is stamped with VersaMark ink and embossed with white embossing powder onto Blackberry Bliss.  The double bow is with the crinkle white seam binding.

Here are the measurements for this card:
Whisper White Thick: 4¼ x 11
Pool Party: 4 x 5½
Whisper White: 3¾ x 5
Blackberry Bliss: 4 x 5½

Here is a supply list for your convenience:
