One Sheet Wonder with the 2024-2026 In Colors

Hello stamping friends. I am back today sharing the cards we made in my May card class. I do an in-person class once a month and they usually make 3 different cards. For May I had a request to do a One Sheet Wonder so I used the 2024-2026 In Color designer paper and had them request a color with their RSVP. I did the die cutting for them to save on time and I show you in the video how I packaged them up. I also had two samples made up so that each table had a set of 4 to work off of. It ran really smooth and they were done with their cards in about 2 hours. I made a template for each stamper and asked them to bring their paper trimmers as they cut their own designer paper. I have that template for you as well.

I have the measurements for each card below along with a picture of four of the colors. I used Shy Shamrock, Peach Pie, Pretty in Pink and Petunia Pop. (sorry Summer Splash, I didn't have an extra kit for this color).

Spotlight on Nature - Team Challenge

Hello my stamping friends. My share for you today is a card I made for our team challenge.  Each month we are given some supplies and then asked to create a full card. Then at the monthly meeting all participants are put on the wheel and depending on how many we have, one or two people win the cards. I love it as it makes you go outside the box at times with products you wouldn't normally use. This month's challenge was to use the new 2024-2026 in color designer paper. I have the measurements and supplies listed below for you.

Measurements:

Thick Basic White - 4¼ x 11 scored at 5½ for card base
Basic White - 3⅞ x 4¼, 3½ x 3½, 2½ x 4½
Designer Paper - 3 strips 1⅛ x 4 each
Pretty In Pink bordered ribbon - about 8"

Instructions:
  • adhere the designer paper strips onto the 3⅞ x 4¼ basic white, adhere to card base
  • cut circle using the Spotlight on Nature dies on the 3½ x 3½ basic white piece, adhere to card front
  • stamp the flower image onto the 2½ x 4½ basic white and fussy cut, adhere to card front with stampin' dimensionals
  • stamp the greeting with Pretty In Pink ink at the bottom of the card front
  • tie a bow and adhere to stems of the flowers
  • scatter some in color shimmer gems randomly
