My share today is with the new Painted Harvest stamp set found in the Stampin' UP! holiday catalog on page 49. I absolutely love this set. It makes gorgeous flowers with very little effort. For this card I stuck with the "traditional" fall colors. I do classes with a fellow demonstrator and we just hosted a Christmas/Fall workshop. This was my fall contribution.
Measurements:
Very Vanilla: 8-1/2 x 5-1/2 folded in half at 4-1/4 for the card base, 4 x 5-1/4
Early Espresso: 1-1/4 x 4
Painted Autumn design paper: 1 x 4
Crushed Curry mini chevron ribbon: 5" and then about 3" for the knot
Instructions:
- Using Crushed Curry ink and the largest flower image, stamp randomly on Very Vanilla layer 3 times
- using the smaller flower and Cajun Craze ink stamp over the large flowers
- the flower center is stamped with Soft Suede, stamped off then onto card layer
- little dots are stamped with Early Espresso ink in the center of the flowers
- with Lemon Lime Twist ink randomly stamp the solid leaf image
- with Garden Green stamp the detailed leaf image over the solid images
- stamp greeting with Early Espresso, adhere layer to card base
- adhere dsp (design series paper) to the Early Espresso strip
- wrap 5" piece of ribbon around dsp and adhere to the back, then adhere to card front
- tie a knot around your ribbon using the 3" piece of ribbon
- stamp leaves on inside of card - see below
