Butterfly 12x12 pages

These two pages were for my May club, but I had to reschedule due to a surprise party my husband and daughter put together behind my back. The party was for our 25th wedding anniversary an boy was I surprised.  Thankfully my scrapbookers understood and willingly rescheduled with me.

These pages we started with Old Olive, stamped the background with Elements of Style ( I orginally used Baroque Motifs and Vintage Vogue but sold them at a garage sale ) with Always Artichoke ink.The dsp is Paisley Petals with Tangering Tango, Bravo Burgundy, Marina Mist and Baja Breeze cs. For the embellisments we used the Beautiful Wings embosslit and Beautiful Butterflies die.

Daddy 12x12 pages

I did these pages for my June scrapbook club.  The base page is Basic Grey.  I used Twitterpated dsp along with Riding Hood Red, Baja Breeze. Island Indigo, and Pear Pizzaz.  The stamp sets used are Family Reunion and Best Dad Ever using craft whisper white ink.

Mouthwatering

I did this card for a monthly challenge at my up-line's meeting.  She gave us a quarter sheet of each new in color cardstock along with a strip of ribbon.  We had to use at least one of the colors plus the ribbon and then add items to come up with a card.  At the meeting the following month she puts everyone's name in a hat that participated and then draws one winner who gets all of the cards.

My base is Gumball Green, then Basic Black, a layer of Primrose Peteals embossed with the perfect polka dots folder (my favorite).  The last layer is Whisper White stamped using the Mouthwatering stamp set.  I colored the stamp with my markers and then stamped on the white.  Since the seeds were still white, I colored them with my black marker.  After stamping I ran the white through the big shot using the Lattice folder.  A little Primrose Petals ribbon finishes this off.
