My share today is a fun fold with gorgeous designer paper. I have the supplies and instructions below for you as well as a video.
Supplies Needed

Cardstock: Basic Beige, Old Olive
-
Designer Series Paper: Gathering Together DSP
-
Twine: Early Espresso & Old Olive
-
Dies: Label Me Grateful, Words for the Season
-
Adhesives: Your choice (tape runner, liquid glue, dimensionals)
-
Optional: Gold Foil for sprigs
Card Base
-
Cut Basic Beige cardstock to 8 ½" x 5 ½".
-
Score at 4 ¼" to create a standard card base.
-
On the front of the card, mark 2" down on the right-hand side.
-
Score diagonally from that mark to the top left corner of the card front.
Old Olive Layer
-
Cut Old Olive cardstock to 3 ¾" x 5 ¼".
-
On the right-hand side, mark 1 ¾" down.
-
Cut diagonally from the top left corner to that mark.
-
Save the triangle cut-off piece for later.
Designer Series Paper Layer
-
Cut Gathering Together DSP to 3 ½" x 5".
-
On the right-hand side, mark 1 5/8" down.
-
Cut diagonally from the top left corner to that mark.
-
Save the triangle cut-off piece as well.
Assembling the Front
-
Adhere the DSP layer to the Old Olive layer.
-
Attach this combined piece to the card front, ensuring it does not go past the diagonal score line.
-
Trim any edges as needed so the borders on the left, right, and bottom are even.
-
For the cut-off triangles, flip them over, adhere them together, and place them on the triangle section of the card front.
Inside of the Card
-
Cut the words “Autumn Wishes” from the Words for the Season dies:
-
One in Early Espresso
-
One in Crushed Curry
-
-
Adhere them together, Early Espresso at the back, creating a shadow effect.
Decorating the Front
-
Cut leaves using the Label Me Grateful dies:
-
Leaves from Old Olive
-
Small sprig from Gold Foil
-
-
Combine Early Espresso & Old Olive twine and tie a double bow.
-
Arrange the leaves, sprig, and twine bow in a small cluster and adhere it to the folded triangle on the card front.
✅ Tip: This fun fold adds dimension to your card and makes it perfect for autumn greetings. Play with different DSP patterns and twine colors for variation!
