Circle of Spring

Hello, welcome to my blog.  I am getting ready for a stamp-a-stack fundraiser that two of my friends and I are putting on.  I have several stamps in my closet that have never seen ink before so I just started pulling them out and introducing them to ink.  I love this stamp set and I'm not quite sure why I haven't used it yet.  I started with a base of Wisteria Wonder then a layer of Basic Black.  The next layer is Smoky Slate embossed with the Stylish Stripes folder.  I stamped the wreath image with archival black ink onto Very Vanilla and then colored the flowers with Wisteria Wonder and the leaves in Wild Wasabi.  The Wonderful Wreath framelits made it a snap to cut the wreath out.  The larger flowers on the wreath were stamped on Wisteria Wonder with the archival black ink and then cut with the same framelit.  I added gold Wink of Stella for the centers and clear Wink of Stella on the flowers.  I then used dimensionals to adhere to the wreath.  The 3/8" stitched satin ribbon in black finishes off the wreath.  I then used the Greetings Thinlits to cut the "hello" from silver glimmer paper.  I used the fine tip glue to adhere this to my card.  That's it for today, thanks so much for stopping by.  I really appreciate it!
