FM08

For this card I used both the sketch and color challenge from http://www.fridaymashup.com/. My Mom was in the hospital for the past week so I think a nice card will pick her up.

My card recipe:

layer 1 - 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 in Night of Navy
layer 2 - 8 x 5 1/4 scored at 4 and folded in half in Pretty in Pink
layer 3 - 3 x 3 1/2 in Springtime Vintage dsp
strip of very vanilla 5 x 5/8 punched with the eyelet border punch

I used pear pizzaz ribbon along with very vanilla 1/8" taffeta ribbon as accents. The greeting is from Teeny Tiny Wishes stamped in night of navy on very vanilla sponged with pear pizzaz. punched with the curly label punch. I added a layer of night of navy with the curly label punch as well. The flower is night of navy, pear pizzaz and pretty in pink punched with the new Blossoms Bouquet triple layer punch. I added a square night of navy button tied with linen thread. Two little pearls finish it off.

Have a great week, thanks for stopping by.
