Endless Birthday Wishes

Hi, welcome back.  My share today is a birthday card using some new products.  The stamp set I used is a new photopolymer set called Endless Birthday Wishes.  I love this set.  My base is Whisper White and then a piece of one of our new colors, Blackberry Bliss.  I embossed it with the Decorative Dots folder that is a carry-over from Sale-A-Bration.  This may just be my new favorite folder.  I used some of the retiring Strawberry Slush ruffled ribbon, which goes really nice with Blackberry Bliss.  My birthday cakes are stamped on Whisper White using Strawberry Slush and Blackberry Bliss ink.  I then colored them using a blender pen and Baked Brown Sugar, Tangerine Tango, Lost Lagoon, Blackberry Bliss and Strawberry Slush.  I then mounted the white onto a piece of Lost Lagoon, love this color.  A little dazzling details finish it off.

Thanks so much for stopping by.

Thinking of You Sassy Salutations

Hello, my share today is a card I made for my Dad.  My layout came from a past sketch over at Freshly Made Sketches.  I had some scraps of Retro Fresh DSP laying around and decided I would try and use some up.  My base is Baked Brown Sugar with the next layer of Tangerine Tango being embossed with the Arrows folder.  I used the Banners Framelits to make the banner.  My greeting is stamped in Tangerine Tango using the Sassy Salutations stamp set and then sponged with Baked Brown Sugar.  The little arrow was cut out with On Film Framelits and embossed with the Perfect Polka Dot folder.

MOJO 347

My card today uses the sketch over at Mojo Monday.  It was a Tall & Skinny sketch and normally I would just do a regular A2 size card, but thought today I would go by their measurements.  My base is Sahara Sand that is 7" x 5 1/2" scored on the 7" side at 3 1/2".  My next 2 layers are from the new Moonlight dsp.  Some new Hello Honey ribbon and a couple of flowers finish off my card.

PP197 Endless Birthday Wishes

Hello, for my share today I am using the sketch over at The Paper Players.  I love sketches because it gives me a starting point.  I had some extra Afternoon Picnic dsp out on my desk and decided to use up some scraps.  I started with a basic gray base, then added a skinny layer of wisteria wonder, then the afternoon picnic dsp.  My strip down the middle is from the Regals dsp stack and backed with basic gray.  The greeting came from Endless Birthday Wishes stamp set stamped in wisteria wonder on very vanilla.  I sponged the edges with crushed curry and backed it with wisteria wonder.  The little birthday cake was stamped in basic gray and then I used the blender pen to color with costal cabana, wisteria wonder and pear pizzaz.  I backed it with basic gray and then added a little dazzling details to add some sparkle.

Thanks so much for stopping by.
