Berry Burst Heartfelt Blooms

Hello, welcome to my blog.  My share for you today is made with the new Distinktive stamp set, Heartfelt Blooms.  This stamp set is one of the free items you can choose during Sale-A-Bration with a $50 order (before tax and shipping).  To look at the stamp set you would think that you would just get a "blob" because it doesn't look like there is any definition to the stamp.  When you apply the ink, the magic happens and you get this stunning image.  I decided to go with a monochromatic layout today using the Berry Burst, which is the card base and the first layer.  I embossed the layer with the Garden Trellis embossing folder.  Then I stamped the flower and sentiment on Whisper White with Berry Burst Ink.  I went over the big daisy flower with clear wink of stella and I really liked the look.  The Whisper White piece was adhered to the Berry Burst layer and then some of the Berry Burst Metallic Edge Ribbon was wrapped around both layers, with a knot tied on the front.  This was then adhered to the card base.  For the inside of the card I stamped the flower again.  I love this stamp set and am very pleased with how the card turned out.
